Have you heard about this program? In Red Deer, Alberta, people who receive parking tickets from 1 November to 6 December can pay with toys. Toys, people!
Apparently this program was launched 7 years ago and they have received approximately 3,300 to date so that less fortunate kids wake up to a Christmas present. Doesn't that just make you feel all warm and cuddly inside?
